A poem for Cecil the Lion


A Majestic King in all his glory,
Now gone from this world in a senseless slaughter,
Majestic Beauty full of love for his pride,
A King is Gone,A king has died!
Shine Bright above us in Leo's Bold bright Stars,
Forever Remembered ,never forgotten!
Cecil the Lion a King in his prime!

Mummy wrote this poem for Cecil the Lion in tribute to his passing in such a meaningless way!

    The "sportsman"'s defense is that he believed it was legal. What does legality have to do with it? It was immoral and this dentist should be hounded.

    Great poem for a magnificent king, who went to the great beyond too soon.
    The guy who did it should be chased by peoples with Cross bows, shot and left wounded for 2 days before being shot, skinned and beheaded.
    Oh yes and his kids should be killed by the new dentist - just like Cecil!
    That's my opinion...

    Oh Speedy, that was just beautifuls! Yes, this makes me sick to my stomach! That such a beautiful majestic animal can be tortured and killed for 'sport'.
    I just hope that the reports of his brother being killed as well aren't true, or I will just lose it!
